In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. 

Items available on order have individually confirmed delivery times. 

Some instruments are factory orders or custom shop products.

Estimated delivery time for factory orders is typically 5–6 weeks.

Carriers

We ship orders within Finland using Matkahuolto pickup point delivery.

Other carriers may be used when appropriate. 

Delivery Areas

Online orders are currently shipped within Finland.

 For EU and other international destinations, please contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to arrange shipping individually.

Shipping Costs

Within Finland, shipping is a flat rate and shown clearly at checkout.

Free shipping is available for qualifying orders.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

Please report any lost or damaged shipments immediately and include photos where applicable.

Pexi’s Custom Guitars will assist with the carrier’s claims process and possible compensation or replacement.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.
