These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pexi’s Custom Guitars online store, operated by Nth Sense Oy.

By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Availability

We offer a curated selection of boutique guitars, amplifiers, and accessories.

In Stock: Ready for shipment.

Available on Order: Ordered directly from the manufacturer with delivery time confirmed individually.

Factory Orders & Custom Instruments

Certain products offered through this Store are factory orders or custom shop instruments and are manufactured specifically for the customer.

Factory orders usually require a 50% down payment at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is payable once the instrument is completed and ready for shipment.

The estimated production and delivery time for factory orders is approximately 5–6 weeks, including delivery. In cases involving complex custom engravings or specifications, production may take longer.

Factory orders and custom shop instruments are non-refundable once production has started, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for custom-made goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom shop and factory-made instruments once production has started), in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Standard “Available on Order” items that are not custom-made are covered by the normal 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT when applicable.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

4. Payments

Secure payment methods are provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated confirmation email after placing an order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

In-stock products ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times for “Available on Order” items are confirmed individually.

We currently ship online orders within Finland. EU and international shipping may be arranged individually upon request.

Carriers may include Matkahuolto, Posti, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible transport damage immediately to the carrier and to Pexi’s Custom Guitars.

Pexi’s Custom Guitars is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping providers.

7. Returns & Right to Cancel

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized instruments once production has started.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Refunds are issued after inspection using the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

8. Warranty

All products include the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, products are covered by statutory defect liability in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

Pexi’s Custom Guitars assists customers with warranty handling when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pexi’s Custom Guitars is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by external factors.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product as permitted by Finnish law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

If necessary, disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
